Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, industrial psychology and related fields and more than 5 years related experience. Graduate-level is preferred.
Language Skills :
Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish). Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts. Ability to apply mathematical operation to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis.
Computer Skills
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Power Point, among others.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Six Sigma Black Belt training and/or certification from an accredited external Quality program
Lean Sigma / Train the Trainer experience and/or certification.
Description of Duties
Community leadership role for the Operations Excellence practitioners to drive towards a ‘Future State’ model based on a defined set of assumptions about the future business context and aligned with the iPR strategy. Develop, update and deliver IPR Lean Six Sigma curriculum, through the consistent application of the AZ Global Lean Network tools in iPR.
